Join us on Friday, January 12, from 10 - 11:30 a.m. EST / 4 - 5:30 p.m. Central European Time for an in-person and virtual briefing exploring the potential implications of South Africa’s case before the International Court of Justice for the ongoing military conflict in Gaza. The panelists will examine the implications of South Africa’s case in terms of a ceasefire, the provision of humanitarian assistance, and accountability questions, including from the perspective of human rights organizations who are working on the ground in the West Bank and Gaza. The event will be held in person at the International Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, Netherlands, and will be live streamed.
