Join the Center for Mentoring and Professional Networks at Drew University for a conversation with Center for Constitutional Rights Executive Director Vince Warren, on Monday, October 16, 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Vince will discuss lawyering through social movements as a methodology for change. The talk will address important contemporary topics, such as race, policing, international advocacy, and immigration issues. 

Vince is a leading expert on racial injustice and discriminatory policing. He oversees the groundbreaking litigation and advocacy work of Center for Constitutional Rights, using international and domestic law to challenge human rights abuses, including racial, gender and LGBTQIA+ injustice. Vince is the recipient of many awards, including, but not limited to,  Haverford College Distinguished Achievement Award in 2017 and the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Civil Rights 2016 Haywood Burns Memorial Award. He has been a frequent guest on MSNBC and has appeared on PBS NewsHour, CNN, and Fox News. His writing has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Guardian, among other publications.
