These policy changes are just first steps.

“The stuff exists on paper which, to us, is kind of the easy part,” said Darius Charney, a senior attorney at the Center for Constitutional Rights and lead counsel for the plaintiffs in the Floyd case. “Now the question becomes—how do you ensure that they’re actually implementing it in practice?
