Center for Constitutional Rights Senior Staff Attorney Wells Dixon and co-counsel will be arguing a series of motions on behalf of Majid Khan in the Guantanamo military commissions. The motions relate to the defense’s ability to contact and interview classified witnesses, authority of the military commission judge to reduce Khan’s sentence as a prophylactic remedy for unlawful pretrial punishment, and disqualification of the Convening Authority.  The Convening Authority will testify on Nov 19.
