Judge dismisses 'crimes against humanity' suit against anti-gay Springfield pastor Scott Lively

A federal lawsuit against anti-gay Springfield pastor Scott Lively, charged him with "crimes against humanity" for his actions in Uganda in support of a controversial law criminalizing homesexuality in that country,  has been dismissed.

U.S District Court Judge Michael A. Ponsor on Monday issued an order dismissing the case against Lively, ruling that the suit lacked the jurisdiction for it to proceed in a United States court. ...
