No Guantanamo At Home or Aboard!
A Vigil/ Performance with special guests from Broadway and Off-Broadway.
Fahad Hashmi has been held for two and a half years in severe solitary confinement, awaiting trial in lower Mahattan. Fahad, an American citizen, is under 24-hour surveillance, allowed no fresh air or sunshine, can receive no letters or visits outside of limited contact with his parents and has not been able to reveiw all of the evidence against him. Guantanamo is set to be closed later this year-- it's time now to end violations of due process and inhumane detention happening right here at home.

Where: The vigils are held directly outside of the Metropolitan Correctional Center
