Digital Engagement Manager

Lexi Webster (she/they) is the Digital Engagement Manager for the Center for Constitutional Rights. She supports the Communications team managing and executing our social media strategies; helping to further develop our email communications program. Before becoming the Digital Engagement Manager, Lexi spent four years as the Communications Assistant. Prior to coming to the Center for Constitutional Rights, they were based in Tokyo, Japan where she was a member of an international team of writers and product developers designing and developing English language-learning curriculum. While in Japan, they worked with a non-profit to provide young Black American scholars, who are underrepresented in abroad programs, with developmental opportunities in Japan. Through this non-profit, she also helped to plan and promote local programming, including the only Black Lives Matter marches in Japan, and the Tokyo candlelight vigils in the wake of the Charleston shooting. Outside of their work at the Center for Constitutional Rights, they are a Brooklyn-based portrait, beauty, and fashion photographer. Her work can be found on her website at or on their Instagram here.
