Man's halt of interracial marriage sparks outrage

When a Louisiana Justice of the Peace refused to marry and interracial couple, CCR attorney Bill Quigley spoke out against this injustice, arguing that "Racial discrimination has been a violation of Louisiana and U.S. law for decades. No public official has the right to pick and choose which laws they are going to follow."
