Mohammed Sulaymon Barre, a client of the Center for Constitutional Rights and detainee at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, filed a habeas corpus petition in US federal court in Washington to challenge his detention.  Barre's resettlement options are complicated by his refugee status.
