Videotapes that may reveal the abusive interrogation of Guantanamo Bay detainee Mohammed al-Qahtani  were ordered released by a federal judge. CCR attorney Gitanjali Gutierrez argues that statements he made following his torture were "tainted by the earlier torture, the damage it caused and the fear of further torture".
