Arar's bid to sue U.S. rejected again

A US appeals court upheld the dismissal of the case of Maher Arar, a client of the Center for Constitutional Rights. Arar had been sent to Syria by the US where he was tortured, but the court would not allow a federal court to hear his case that it was a violation of due process to send him to Syria.
