CCR Senior Staff Attorney Katherine Gallagher will speak at a symposium at Michigan State University College of Law on the responses of the legal system to U.S. torture. The event will feature Manfred Nowak, former U.N. Special Rapporteur on Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment alongside many others.
