The Center for Constitutional Rights is a proud sponsor of the Muslims for Just Futures conference, Convergence for Just Futures: Building Power through Community & Economic Defense, in Chicago, Wednesday, September 25 - Friday, September 27.  This convergence is a rare opportunity to unite innovative movement organizers, fierce advocates, determined movement lawyers, visionary narrative builders, and courageous social impact changemakers from diverse communities, focusing on Black, Arab, Muslim, Middle Eastern, South Asian (BAMEMSA), Southwest Asian, and North African (SWANA) groups.

Center for Constitutional Rights Senior Staff Attorney Diala Shamas and Associate Director of Policy Brad Parker will participate in the workshop, “Palestine and the War on Terror: Understanding the Framework and Defending our Movements” as part of the Unmask the Connections and Disrupt the System track, on Wednesday, September 25, 2:30 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. CT.
