Join the Center for Constitutional Rights, Abolitionist Law Center, and Amistad Law Project at the oral argument in our case Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v Derek Lee. This case aims to end the state of Pennsylvania’s mandatory imposition of death-by-incarceration sentences, otherwise known as life without parole, for Derek Lee and others convicted of felony murder.

The hearing is scheduled for October 8th at 9 a.m. EST in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Pittsburgh, and will also be streamed on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court YouTube channel.
