Join Fordham students in court as they continue to fight for their right to have a Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) club on campus. The last of the four students who brought the case against Fordham graduates in May, and Fordham is opposing their request to add to the case a sophomore who wants to be part of an SJP club at Fordham. It has been fifteen months since the Court heard the students' urgent request for an order permitting them to form an SJP, and Fordham's motion to dismiss the case, and the students are still waiting for the Court's decisions.
