·         Last summer, 7 Brigadistas, after exercising their constitutional right to travel to Cuba, were visited by the FBI.

 

·         Last September, Anti-war activists in the mid-west, exercising their constitutional rights to express their discontent, had their computers, cell phones and other electronic equipment taken by the FBI from their homes and their offices.

 

·         Grand juries were going to be called and when these anti-war activists made it clear they would not cooperate, the grand juries were temporarily postponed.
