The Center for Constitutional Rights, a non-profit legal advocacy organization born out of the Civil Rights movement in 1966, has provided legal assistance to the people imprisoned in the Guantanamo Bay detainment camp. Its Executive Director, Vince Warren, describes the organization's "100 Days Campaign," which calls for ending torture, rendition, and illegal detention; limiting state secrets privilege, reining in presidential power, stopping warrentless wiretapping. He will lay out the steps contained in the Campaign and evaluate the actions taken so far by the new Obama administration. Presented by the Town Hall Center for Civic Life.
