Accountability, Transition, and Justice: The Future Challenges for International Criminal Law

Seton Hall's Transnational Justice Project will host a panel of four leading scholars and practitioners in international law.  Jennifer Trahan of NYU's Center of Global Affairs, Katie Gallagher of the Center for Constitutional Rights, Lisa Magarrell of the International Center for Transitional Justice, and Jeff Locke, adjunct SHU professor on international war crimes tribunals, will discuss hot topics in international criminal law, including universal jurisdiction, the International Criminal Court, complementarity, and the transition from international to domestic prosecutions of war crimes.

The panel will be held from 4-6pm on Wednesday, February 29, in the Faculty Library at Seton Hall Law, with a reception to follow.  CLE credit is available for NJ practicing lawyers.
