Film premier of “If a Tree Falls” featuring the story of CCR plaintiff Daniel McGowan’s prosecution as an “eco-terrorist.”  CCR currently represents Daniel and his wife Jenny Synan in their challenge to Daniel’s placement in a Communications Management Unit, a federal prison unit designed to isolate and segregate certain prisoners from the rest of the federal prison population, and restrict their ability to maintain contact with their friends and family.
