Donor-Advised Fund Giving
Give a campaign gift through your DAF.
Your donor-advised fund can help power the Justice Takes a Fight Campaign — building CCR’s long-term capacity to defend constitutional rights, human rights, and communities under attack.
Campaign gifts are separate from annual giving. Gifts to Justice Takes a Fight are above and beyond one’s annual support and help strengthen CCR for the next 60 years.
Campaign Progress
86% Funded
Justice Takes a Fight is a $20 million campaign for the future of CCR — investing in legal advocacy, movement partnerships, rapid-response capacity, long-term institutional strength, and the next generation of movement lawyering.
The finish line is in sight. More than $17 million has already been committed toward our $20 million goal — and the final stretch belongs to all of us.

We want donors to feel covered no matter where they hold their charitable giving account. The list below includes a broad range of national, community foundation, values-aligned, and movement-aligned DAF options.
Don’t see your DAF sponsor?
Many community foundations, family foundations, and financial institutions sponsor donor-advised funds. If your provider is not listed here, search for the Center for Constitutional Rights using Tax ID 13-6081506 through your DAF portal, or contact CCR’s Development Team at [email protected] for assistance.
Not listed here:
Fidelity Charitable; Vanguard Charitable; DAFgiving360 / Schwab Charitable.
Values note:
This list intentionally omits Fidelity Charitable, Vanguard Charitable, and DAFgiving360 / Schwab Charitable because those sponsors have paused, blocked, or restricted donor-advised fund grants to the Southern Poverty Law Center. CCR stands in solidarity with civil rights organizations targeted for their work and encourages donors to move their DAF accounts from these companies to DAF sponsors that align with your values of defending racial justice, civil rights, constitutional rights, and democracy.
Frequently Asked Questions
DAF Giving FAQ
Can I make a campaign pledge through my DAF?
Yes. Many donors fulfill multi-year campaign commitments through annual DAF grants.
Can I support both the campaign and annual fund?
Yes. Campaign gifts are intended to be above and beyond annual support. Your annual gift sustains CCR’s ongoing work, while your campaign gift builds long-term capacity.
Can I remain anonymous?

What should I put in the grant memo?
Please write: “Justice Takes a Fight Campaign.”
Your DAF can help ensure CCR remains tigerish in defense of constitutional and human rights for generations to come.
