Receptionist, Administrative Assistant
Meriam Haider is the Receptionist, Administrative Assistant at the Center for Constitutional Rights, handling front-office reception and clerical duties. She works with the Operations team to ensure optimal efficiency in office procedures and resources. Meriam graduated from Hunter College, cum laude, with a degree in Religious Studies and Asian American Studies. She spent a winter semester in Amman, Jordan to study Arabic. Prior to joining the Center for Constitutional Rights, Meriam worked at the Child Center of New York, and was previously a research intern at Amnesty International USA. Her research interests include government surveillance, mental health rights, and prison reform.
