Katherine will provide and overview of this program, which included the widespread use of practices that amount to torture, and the efforts to hold former Bush administration officials accountable in U.S., foreign and international courts.  Katherine will explain how victims and advocates have used "universal jurisdiction" laws in their accountability efforts and what the prospects are for justice at the International Criminal Court.
