Join former Olympia Food Co-op board members in court as they continue to defend against a case challenging the Co-op's 2010 boycott of Israeli products, a decision in line with the Co-op's mission and long history of encouraging social justice. The board members succeeded in defeating the case on summary judgment in the trial court, but plaintiffs have appealed their loss to the Washington State Court of Appeals.

The Center for Constitutional Rights and co-counsel Davis Wright Tremaine LLP argue that the trial court correctly ruled that plaintiffs did not have a right to bring the case because they did not provide evidence that the Co-op suffered any injury.  This case is part of CCR’s efforts to support activists and grassroots organizations facing legal attacks for their advocacy on behalf of Palestinian rights.
