Shayana Kadidal, Managing Attorney for CCR’s Guantanamo Global Justice Initiative
Tom Wilner, Shearman and Sterling, habeas counsel to Guantanamo detainees
Jay Sekulow from the The American Center for Law and Justice (invited*)

Warren, Kadidal, and Wilner will present the arguments for the Guantanamo detainees, while Sekulow will present a position in favor of the government. Free and open to the public.
