Federal agents and investigators have a long history of targeting and surveilling activists, communities of color, and anyone fighting for the transformation of our society. As we continue to build collective power, the federal government responds by increasing repression, attempting to disrupt organizing and fracture movements. For nearly 55 years, the Center for Constitutional Rights has been standing with social movements and communities under threat to fight back against government repression and abusive state practices.
