Please join the Center for Constitutional Rights for a hearing in the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court regarding its investigation of crimes against humanity and war crimes committed in Afghanistan and States Parties with a nexus to the armed conflict. We will ask the Appeals Chamber to vacate the Pre-Trial Chamber's denial of the Prosecutor's request to open a formal investigation.

Senior Staff Attorney Katie Gallagher will be arguing, along with other legal representatives of victims and the Office of the Prosecutor.
