Fordham University has refused to recognize Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) as an official university student club. One of the students involved in the litigation has since graduated from Fordham and others will graduate soon as well. CCR, Palestine Legal, and cooperating counsel Alan Levine will be in court on January 3, urging a judge to direct Fordham to recognize SJP immediately.
