CCR Senior Staff Attorney, Pam Spees, will join in discussion with Frank Mugisha, Executive Director of Sexual Minorities Uganda, the current climate for the LGBT community in Uganda. Rasha Moumneh from the Center for Women's Global Leadership (CWGL) at Rutgers University will moderate the discussion.

As part of its annual 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign, the CWGL and various university partners present a film screening and panel discussion about the challenges facing the LGBT community in Uganda.
