CCR Victory in Cardenas Abreu v. Eric Holder

On May 24, 2010 the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit granted Mr. Cardenas’ petition for review. The court vacated the Board of Immigration Appeals’ 8-6 en banc decision affirming the Immigration Judge’s decision to remove Mr. Cardenas. The case is now remanded to the Board of Immigration Appeals for further review and consideration. CCR will continue to represent Mr. Cardenas and fight for justice.
