At least 17 detainees in Guantanamo Bay were subjected to the banned "frequent flyer" treatment where they were moved repeatedly from cell to cell to cause sleep deprivation prior to interrogations, causing concern that clients of the Center for Constitutional Rights were also similarly abused.
