CCR Board President Jules Lobel will speak about the relationship between the legal and political struggle against solitary confinement in California at an event with Legal Services for Prisoners with Children (LSPC) in San Francisco. Jules is lead counsel in CCR's Pelican Bay class action lawsuit, and will share current developments in the case as well as CDCR's step-down program.
