Biography

Emily Harting joined the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) in November 2005 as a seasoned fundraising professional with a specialty in foundation relations management. Prior to CCR, Emily worked for Global Nomads Group, an international educational/peace organization based in New York; the National Voting Rights Institute, a campaign finance reform non-profit in Boston; and the Trust for Public Land, a land conservation organization, also in Boston. In addition, Emily has served as an organizer/fundraiser for various Green and other progressive political candidates in national, state and local races in her free time, and has served on the boards of numerous progressive political and social causes. She graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Women’s Studies and Environmental Studies.
